Murder City is a project and sub-community of Epsilon. One can travel to it by railway after taking the Epsilon portal (Hub 1F) and following the signs. The project involves building a small town or city to hold a Murder Mystery Event every so often. The build is still in progress, and while it is mostly Epsilon members building the site, help is of course welcome as long as the player speaks to the leaders first.
The events themselves once the project is completed will involve people participating as police or the defense, and the staff of course, looking for clues at crime scenes and collecting evidence, then working out the case in the Murder City Courthouse.
